Phil Coulson. One of his closest friends from his world. Agent Coulson is Clint's handler, roommate, and not!boyfriend at this point. The person to recruit him into SHIELD, Clint will do just about anything for him ( including killing others ) and won't hesitate to do so. Inwardly, Phil is the main reason why he has remained with SHIELD for as long as he has. The other reason is Natasha Romanoff. Someone else who is just as close to him as Phil is. Tony Stark. Tony Stark is Clint's hero back in his world and the main reason why he wanted to be a part of the Avengers when it rumors of the team was first circulating around SHIELD. In Arkham, Clint has had first hand to work along side with the man. Dying for him and enduring his mood swings (he prefers dying over that). Dr. Bruce Banner. They're still working on building a friendship (slightly strained after Clint stabbed him and unleashed the Hulk for the first time in Arkham). But Clint trusts him more than he trusts any other doctor he has had work with him before.
