Phil hummed. "Could you?" It was half a dare and half a request. His hands traveled downward, fingers digging into Clint's skin. They stop at his lower back, but it's a struggle not to move them lower, because part of him just wants to grab Clint and pull him tight against him. He knows that Clint needs to be in control here, though, especially now. This needs to be Clint's call. All of it does.

Still, he's practically buzzing against Clint, head tipping to the side as he all but pushes closer. Without even thinking, he's baring his throat to Clint. He can't think of anything he wants more than Clint's mouth on his skin.
