For anyone who worked in SHIELD -- they had to look good. SHIELD had a tendency of making the uniforms skin-tight for all sexes. Something that Clint honestly didn't have to worry about, he had a lean body regardless if he worked for SHIELD or he didn't. He'd still be part of the circus if Coulson hadn't come around. Not exactly something he probably would have been proud of. But something he would have loved any way it went.

"I always keep it in mind when I play with the junior agents. They do provide for endless entertainment." Clint had managed to talk the bulk of them into thinking Coulson was a robot, Captain Rogers was a jerk and didn't like anyone, that Tasha was an alien. And that Thor had moonlighted as a stripper. Something of which some of the female junior agents were curious to find out where he went to work when he wasn't in Asgard or among the Avengers. It was all good fun, really. He didn't take it so seriously and he knew the other Avengers would have a laugh about it. Tasha probably wouldn't laugh outright, but the amused glow in her eyes would be enough for Clint.

He narrowed his eyes a tad, not even hiding the annoyance in his eyes. "No offense, sir. But I don't really give a damn. They won't let me go on a mission, you can't just lock me out of the gym." Even though he was sure Phil could just have his clearance revoked. "I'm fine. I don't need you or anyone else telling me that I can't do something that I'll end up doing. Gym or not." Clint somewhat preferred the quiet of the gym, but if that was taken away from him he had other ways of doing what he wanted to do.
