An injury like that could make the difference between you making it through a mission alive. You're not doing anything until medical clears it." Phil would have Clint strapped to a bed if he needed to, at least he might if he didn't think Clint would find a way to hurt himself even more with that.

"I'm not letting you get yourself killed because you're too stubborn to rest an injury." Phil understood that stubbornness. He had some of it himself, but even he was taking it easy.
